Tintern (8 ounces) by igourmet.com

: :The Cistercian abbey of Tintern is one of the greatest monastic ruins of Wales. Erected in 1131, it was the second Cistercian abbey in all of Great Britain, and the first in Wales. This blended Welsh cheese is named after the Tintern Abbey. With loads of chives and shallots mixed throughout its cheddary body, it makes a great pub cheese, especially appreciated when served with your favorite beer or ale. Its exterior is protected by a generous ...

Manchego (8 ounces) by igourmet.com

: :Manchego is Spain's most famous cheese. Produced in La Mancha in Central Spain, true Manchego is made from 100% sheep's milk. Cheeses from Spain are commonly made from sheep's milk because most of the territory is rocky and dry, unfriendly to cows but suitable to raising goats and sheep. The abundance of wild herbs on Central Spain's grazing lands gives Manchego a special taste and aroma. Its flavor is zesty and exuberant while its texture is firm ...

Royal Windsor (8 ounces) by igourmet.com

: :Royal Windsor is a British creation, combining three wonderful flavors into one of the most visually striking cheeses the world has ever seen. The base cheese is cheddar, which is marbled with bright red, fruity Elderberry wine. Inside is a layer of veiny Blue Stilton, offering its tangy, distinctive flavor. The taste combination is extraordinary and the presentation will certainly draw many oohs and aahs at your next party. If you like Huntsman (Double Gloucester with Blue ...

Old Texel (8 ounces) by igourmet.com

: :Holland, famous for Edam and Gouda cheeses, is not known for producing sheep's milk varieties. In fact, all of Holland's sheep's milk comes from the island of Texel. Thus, the reason behind the naming of this fabulous new cheese. We say new cheese, even though its name is Old Texel. While Old Texel is a relatively new creation, first produced only 15 years ago, it is called Old Texel because it is aged for over a year. ...

Van Dijk Aged Chevre (8 ounces) by igourmet.com

: :From Anna van Dijk (pronounced Van Dyke), the same cheesemaker that produces Dorothea, our popular Dutch goat cheese with potato skins, comes a cheese bearing her family name. Made since 1976 in the southern end of the Netherlands near Eindhoven, Van Dijk is made from a single herd of 500 goats that graze on pastures of natural grasses and wild herbs. This old-world style of raising goats yields a remarkably flavorful milk that gives Van Dijk an ...

Cornelia (8 ounces) by igourmet.com

: :Anna Van Dijk, producer of Dorothea and Van Dijk cheeses, has come up with yet another incredible creation - a goats milk cheese with whole coriander seeds. All of Annas cheeses are made in the southern end of the Netherlands near Eindhoven. Cornelia, like Dorothea and Van Dijk, is made from a single herd of 500 goats that graze on pastures of natural grasses and wild herbs. This old-world style of raising goats yields a remarkably flavorful ...

Ibores (8 ounces) by igourmet.com

: :Queso Ibores is made in Extremadura, which is the most rugged, least developed, and most economically distressed region in Spain. This raw goats milk cheese reflects its homeland with its full, simple flavor. It is hard and dense and becomes sharper with age. During its two-month aging period, the rustic cheese is rubbed with a mixture of olive oil and sweet paprika. It is hard enough to shave over salads and hot dishes and delicious as a ...

Mahon Reserva (8 ounces) by igourmet.com

: :Traditionally the orange rind on Mahon comes from being rubbed in butter, paprika and oil. When a cheese is aged, the taste intensifies and becomes bolder and nuttier. Typical Queso Mahon is aged in the caves of Menorca for 2 months, Reserva is aged for at least a year. It maintains a slightly briny, sharp taste but now becomes hard and granular, on a par with parmesan. Reserva can be grated over pasta or served as a ...

Pecorino Toscano (8 ounces) by igourmet.com

: :Unlike our other Pecorino's, this one is not aged. Pecorino Toscano is a young 100% sheep's milk cheese, only about 40 days old when it arrives on our shores. Because it is a young cheese it is somewhat discreet, almost shy. As the cheese first hits your tongue, you detect a hint of Tuscan herbs, grass and wildflowers. The aftertaste it leaves on your palate is a wonderfully complex flavor that is hard to describe but easy ...

You can say this about D.E.B.S.: director Angela Robinson’s 2005 feature isn’t very good, but it is surprisingly entertaining. The premise, which bears a passing resemblance to any number of previous films (from Heathers and Clueless to Charlie’s Angels and the Austin Powers franchise), involves a secret government agency recruiting young women as spies, based on their smarts, their ability to lie convincingly, and the fact that they look fetching in ultra-miniskirts. Four of the D.E.B.S. are then charged with collaring "criminal mastermind" Lucy Diamond (Jordana Brewster), who has returned to the States after hatching all manner of nefarious plots overseas. Then comes the twist: Diamond is gay, and one of our heroines, Amy Bradshaw (Sara Foster), unexpectedly finds herself falling in love with her. Out goes the espionage element; in comes the love story, and therein lies the surprise, as this burgeoning lesbian relationship is handled with unexpected sympathy, even tenderness. Sure, the acting, even by veteran grownups like Holland Taylor and Michael Clarke Duncan, is almost uniformly lame, and the script is silly; overall, the film would have to put on considerable weight to even be considered frothy. Still, D.E.B.S. isn’t a bad way to kill a couple of hours. DVD bonus features include a making-of featurette and commentary by Robinson and the cast. --Sam Graham

The teaming of Johnny Knoxville (Jackass: The Movie) and Seann William Scott (Dude, Where's My Car?) as well as the presence of the '70s-flavored car chases that were a specialty of the TV series guarantees that The Dukes of Hazzard will be even more lowbrow than the CBS TV series (1979-85) that inspired it. However, this brain-damaging comedy is more "rehash" than "remake," as good ol' Georgiaboys Luke Duke (Knoxville) and his cousin Bo (Scott) are frequently upstaged bythe General Lee, the Confederate-flagged '69 Charger that they drive, jump, race, and fly in as they smuggle moonshine for their Uncle Jesse (Willie Nelson). Meanwhile, cousin Daisy Duke (Jessica Simpson) is reliably available to model her short-shorts (aka "Daisy Dukes") and awesome figure (and let's face it, Simpson's talents pretty much begin and end right there), while corrupt honcho Boss Hogg (Burt Reynolds, who should know better) recruits a local NASCAR star to advance his wily scheme of converting Hazzard County into a strip mine. Director Jay Chandrasekhar (Super Troopers) manages to mine some good-natured humor from the movie's oval-track detour and a few colorful supporting players (notably Kevin Hefferman as the Duke's pal Sheev). Otherwise, consider yourself warned: The Dukes of Hazzard is shameless Hollywood product at its most forgettable, trafficking in shameless white, rural Southern stereotypes. If you can make itto the end, there's a blooper reel to reward your endurance. --Jeff Shannon

DVD features
Yes, the unrated edition of The Dukes of Hazzard has nudity... but no, it's not of Jessica Simpson, but topless sorority girls. There are also two sets--"PG-13" and "unrated"--of deleted scenes and bloopers. The four minutes of unrated deleted scenes (supplementing the 25 minutes of "PG-13" deleted scenes) include more sorority girls and a menage à trois for Johnny Knoxville . The five minutes of unrated bloopers (the same amount as the "PG-13" bloopers) feature a few more girls but mostly bad language. Featurettes discuss the Daisy Duke short shorts (and show how you can make your own), car stunts, and the making of the movie (narrated by a cast member of the original TV series). --David Horiuchi
